I am so excited to offer online coaching to help you get stronger, have more energy, and be pain-free. You will get professional AND customized guidance on your exercise and nutrition that fits your busy schedule and budget. But that’s not all! My experience helping workers return to work after injury means I have a better understanding than a typical trainer about what your body needs to feel good both at work and in life.

With online coaching, you’ll get a customized training program and nutrition guidance based on:

  • Your schedule—not just work, but with other things you want and need to do in life
  • Your abilities (so you get challenged the right amount to make progress)
  • The space and equipment you have available for workouts (even if just at home)

Here’s how it works:

  1. I will guide you through the exercises during video personal training sessions so we both feel confident you can work out on your own.
  2. You will follow the customized exercise program at times that suit you.
  3. I will find out about your nutrition habits and help you eat to support your goals while staying sane.
  4. Through phone and/or email, I will provide you support along the way and keep you accountable.
  5. We will know if the program is working by assessing:
  • What you can do with the body (e.g. core/back strength, number of push ups)
  • What aches/pains go away
  • How the physique changes (i.e. photos, waist measurement)

If you are a member at Equinox in Vancouver, I can also do virtual and in-person training with you there.
